Professional teaching competences in remote education

Abstract

The research is of a quantitative – qualitative nature
with a descriptive design, which submits to evaluation
the teaching professional competences of Regular
Basic Education, from the Framework of Good
Teaching Perfomence, a proposal of the Ministry of
Education, that contains 4 dimensions, 9 competences
and 40 perfomances, which are used in an evaluation
matrix applied to a sample of 29 teachers of the
speciality of primary education, graduates of a
university in Piura, Perú. The quantitative results
presented in terms of percentages, favorable in the
sample are analyed from the perspective of adapting
teaching professional competences in the educational
service offered in the contexto f the serious health
situation and confinement of children in their homes,
because of COVID-19. For this purpose, explanatory
