Administrative management and strategic planning in the management of financial resources UGEL-04- 2020

Abstract

The objective of this work is to determine the
administrative management systems and strategic
planning in the management of financial resources of the

educational institutions of the RED 07-UGEL-04-Comas-
2020. Materials and methods: The research is basic, the

design is non-experimental cross-sectional, Hernández,
Fernández and Baptista (2014), The research method was
the hypothetical deductive one that is transectional or
cross-sectional because the data acquired was in a single
moment. Surveys were applied to a representative sample
of 80 teachers and managers, from RED 7 of UGEL 04
comas-Puente Piedra –Zapallal. Among those who were
able to survey both teachers and managers and
administrators. The data obtained was virtual or remote
and processed with the SPSS 25 program in order to
obtain frequencies and correlations. With the exception of
some educational institutions that have developed the
appropriate procedures according to the norm, they
approve regulations for the management of own resources
and business productive activities in public educational
institutions. The level of knowledge of the administrative
procedures and strategic planning of some managers,
teachers and administrators have not had an update and
training by the Minedu. However, access to information on
the Minedu portal has allowed us to learn more about the
appropriate procedures in the functions of each of its
members of the commission on financial resources of
educational institutions has improved considerably in the
last ten years.
