Abstract

This article aims to analyze the various problems in contractual negotiations in the construction sector of the company Desarrollos Urbanos, SA, taking into account the ethical factors of union leaders, for this purpose, the guidelines for the resolution processes of conflicts (Ruiz, 2011) and the organizational conflict resolution process applying the PDCA Quality Model - Deming Circle. (Castro & Enrico, 2019) Likewise, the following results were reached: the desired sustainability and productivity are vital for profitability, in this sense, the business leadership must coordinate productivity minimizing unnecessary delays, unlimited use of good sense when it comes to resolving conflicts, since bad advice would involve an experiment that translates into collective discomfort and therefore into conflicts that have repercussions on the productive goals that are desired to be achieved
