Knowledge, pedagogical management and its impact on the teaching competence of the 04 Puente Piedra network, 2019

Abstract

In the present investigation entitled research
Management of knowledge, pedagogical and its
incidence in the teaching competence of the 04
network of Puente Piedra, 2019, considers a type of
basic, non-experimental, descriptive - correlational,
causal, transversal and quantitative approach
research. The sample was 130 teachers. The
technique is the survey and the instrument applied
was the questionnaire. Expert judgment was used to
check its validity, and for reliability the data were
analyzed with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient: 0.881 for
the knowledge management variable; 0.870 for the
pedagogical management variable, and 0.830 for the
teaching competence variable. Regarding the
hypothesis test, the Chi square result is 145.499 and
p_value (significance value) is equal to 0.000
compared to the statistical significance α equal to 0.05
(p_value <α), it means rejection of the null hypothesis,
and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, the data of
the variable are not independent, it implies the
dependence of one variable on the other.
