Abstract

The objective of this research was to establish the
incidence of managerial leadership in interpersonal
relationships and collaborative work of managers of
Network No. 03, Ugel 04, Comas, 2020, posing the
general problem: How does leadership leadership
affect relationships interpersonal and collaborative
work of the managers of the Network 03, Ugel 04
Comas, 2020 ?, The research was framed in a
quantitative approach, basic type of explanatory level


using the non-experimental, rational causal cross-
sectional design with a positivist paradigm. The study


sample was made up of 123 among teachers and
workers from the educational institutions of the
mentioned networ.
Likewise, a high reliability of the instruments
was confirmed through the Cronbach's Alpha statistic.
Finally, the study concludes that managerial
leadership has a significant impact on interpersonal
relationships and collaborative work in educational
institutions of Network No. 03 of Ugel 04 de Comas,
this was recognized by the Nagelkerke coefficient, the
result of which meant that the variability of
relationships interpersonal and collaborative work is
due to 72.1% for the behavior of managerial
leadership.
