Abstract

This research entitled: "Training and pedagogical
support in the job performance of the educational
promoters of Pronoei -Ugel 04 2020". The type of
research is basic, non-experimental, descriptive,
cross-causal correlational, and the approach is
quantitative. The sample was 120 educational
promoters. The technique is the survey and the
instruments the questionnaire. For the validity of the
instruments, expert judgment was used, and for
reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used, being highly
reliable in both variables: 0.808 for the training
variable; 0.823 for the pedagogical accompaniment
variable, and 0.841 for the work performance variable.
It concludes that the training and pedagogical support
influences the labor performance of the community
educational promoters of the Ugel 04, 2020, since the
result of the table according to the Chi square is
39,457 and p = 0.00 <0.05, with which can affirm that
the hypothesis is accepted, and the null hypothesis is
rejected, the data of the variable are not independent,
it implies the dependence of one variable on the other.
