f) Research involving human beings must present the ethical endorsement issued by a registered institution of ethics in scientific research, which certifies compliance with the Bioethical Standards of Research, respecting the Belmont Code, Helsinki Declaration and CIOMs guidelines in biomedical research, and FELASA criteria in animal experimentation.
