Abstract

The evolution of new technologies has been a fundamental element for the implementation of electronic commerce in tourism, has had a positive impact and contributes significantly to the region's GDP. It allows a better process in the choice of content, the effective decision in the flow of goods and sales. The main objective of this research is to determine the impact of electronic commerce on tourism in Latin America, in which the essential strategies for the development of the economy have been described, the impact of websites, because users prefer to carry out transactions from the community of your home. According to (Rivera & Rodríguez, 2016) tourism through electronic commerce includes the virtualization of all processes and the value chain in tourism, with the aim of maximizing the efficiency of companies in this sector (Pérez, 2011 ) In this way, it improves operability and digital management, by developing strategies that revolutionize all business processes, the value chain and relationships with end customers.
