Alternative strategy for conflict resolution in digital social networks

Abstract

This article aims to propose a strategy for conflict
resolution in digital social networks, especially the
most widely used Facebook and Instagram, this
document presents a theoretical analysis of the
Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution (MASC)
applied in conventional contexts and their restructuring
as Alternative strategy to mitigate emerging conflicts in
digital social networks using coercive and sanctioning
techniques to minimize frequent problems among
users of these platforms.
